The company's production scale is 5000 tons of marine lashing parts per year. The company's current use of silica sol thin shell lost wax casting process has the advantages of environmental protection, cost control, shortened production cycle, is one of the domestic advanced production process. The company is mainly an automated production method. It has successively introduced advanced production equipment such as automatic wax injection machine, modeling four heads and eight arms, modeling robot, semi-automatic pouring line, automatic transmission line, etc. KPI indicators such as unit capacity ratio, energy consumption ratio, personnel output rate, product rate and finished product rate are all at the leading level in the same industry.
